"Sometimes during puberty the breast of a boy grows a little and becomes softer. This is absolutely normal and disappears as soon as the male hormones start to work".

"At some moments during puberty a lot of boys notice that their breast is swollen and painful. In some cases this swelling can be very obvious. This is normal. The swelling and pain will disappear with the time though it sometimes takes around a year. Meanwhile try to be patient and remember that a lot of other boys have to endure the same though they do not admit it".
