I am 15 years old and masturbate constantly. Which consequences could it have? Is it true that permanent masturbation causes early ejaculation in the future?
There are no consequences if you understand by "constant" doing it with a certain frequency that is determined by the nature of your organism. If you don't practise masturbation voluntarily, your organism will cause you to have wet dreams, saying that you will have involuntary ejaculations while you are sleeping.

Masturbation is not a determining factor for an early ejaculation. It is the other way around. It is medically established that masturbation is a natural mechanism that predisposes the organism to work sexually well.

But, as with everything in life, there is a level or limit.

If during adolescence as well as adulthood, masturbation or self satisfaction turns into an obsession, saying that you cannot stop doing it, that it becomes the only thing you think of and that limits your freedom because you escape to do it, it weakens you, distracts you and you loose interest in other things or it turns into a mechanism of pleasure in order to avoid being confronted with problems, it is urgent to consult a doctor that will entrust a specialist with the case.

To establish at your age the situation you are in is simple. If you feel constantly excited; if you have a constant and unstoppable desire during a period of two, three or four days, to masturbate various times during the day and if this desire doesn't vanish after you have done it one or two times a day already, you should consult a doctor.

But if you think that "constantly" doesn't mean more than doing it sometimes when you go to sleep and you start thinking of something nice that gets you excited, your girlfriend for example, and you start touching yourself, you do not have to worry at all. You are in an absolute natural process for that age.

Finally, the early ejaculation has generally to do with the higher speed and easiness men get excited compared to women. But masturbation does not have to do with it.
